Some exciting news from Reading Counts!  Our update to a new, faster version of Reading Counts is almost complete.  We now have the quizzes that were made available as recently as this summer.

The First Graders have led the way in making a "Very-Hungry-for-Books Caterpillar."  They tell about their favorite library book which they read and we are making a giant caterpillar out of the short reports.  Kindergarteners will be doing this too, once they start coming to library.  All students and faculty are welcome to participate!  The goal is to get as many different titles as possible, so if another student has already written about a book, please pick a different book to add to the caterpillar.

We have several exciting  new books at the library!  These include the beginning of the 39 Clues Series and some new books about individual States.  I'm looking forward to working with all the students in library this year!
